Founded in 2016, by enthusiastic professionals who has over 20 years of experience in corporate, commercial & Residential Interiors. We are Associated with Archana & Chetan Architects for Architectural, Interior Designing & Project Management consultancy. Our team is reinforced by 10+ years experienced Architects & Interior Designers , Project Managers & Site Supervisors, with our dedicated team of skilled laborers. We have registered material suppliers for all products.


Pre-Site Selection Diligence :

Conduct preliminary building diligence & site survey report Liaise with landlord, building management and/or engineers and consultants to determine building infrastructure and services.

Site Possession & Dilapidation :

Conduct site takeover, inspection and defects Obtain architectural drawings.

Brief Formulation :

Review client requirements Conduct client interviews to reaffirm brief Prepare preliminary ballpark budget.

Review master plan & design concept.
Check against statutory compliance codes, landlord / building management restrictions.
Check availability of proposed FF & E.
Prepare preliminary project cost estimation.
Prepare preliminary project milestone schedule.

Development / finalisation of plan and concept.
Undertake design development details in accordance to final approved layout and design inclusive integration of M&E Prepare updated project cost estimates.
Prepare and issue final construction drawings and documentation.
Prepare and issue final FF&E specifications schedule Arrange project introductory meeting.
Preparation for site commencement.
Finalise & issue detailed construction schedule.

Execute the work as per the detailed drawings & specifications.
Dedicate team for all packages.
Execution will be monitored by site engineer’s.
Prepare and issue Site Progress Reports.
No extra work should be carried out without approval from architects/client.
No compromise on quality.
Execute the project as per the agreed schedule.
Follow EHS guidelines.
No child labours allowed at site.
Involvement of top management during execution.
Handover of site to satisfactory completion.
Attend post construction snags on urgent basis.
